AUTHORITY TO LEAVE & REDIRECTION

We require a signature upon delivery for all orders and ship your parcel as instructed at the time you place the order. You are welcome to add any shipping instructions you wish our carriers to see which will be noted on the parcel label.

For parcels within Australia, once your parcel has left our facilities you will receive a Consignment Number from Australia Post prior to your order being delivered, Australia Post will also provide you via email/SMS* the option to:
a) Provide Authority to Leave. Should you choose to allow Australia Post to deliver your order with Safe Drop, responsibility for your parcel by White Sands Australia and Australia Post ceases once it is has been confirmed as delivered to your premises.
b) Redirection to a different address. Should you choose to redirect your parcel, this is outside the control of White Sands Australia and from that point forward you assume responsibility for delivery to the new address. Redirection issues are between yourself and Australia Post.
Please note, any delivery instructions you provide are subject to the discretion of Australia Post drivers. Drivers are not able to call customers prior to or at the time of delivery.
*White Sands Australia and Australia Post are not responsible for non-delivery of email/SMS due to incorrect information being provided, nor your service providers blocking/filtering of these emails/SMS notifications.
